Simply Better IT was established by Simon Belt early in 1999 to provide more formalised business IT services when recommended to small and medium sized enterprises. As Simon Belt was employed full-time by an international outsourcing company, the IT support he could offer was originally centred around the Greater Manchester and Cheshire area to fit around his existing work commitments. With a background in desktop and server support, Simon further developed his technical skills to include firewall and internet technologies.
With becoming self-employed on a full-time basis, Simon has been busy filling in the areas of application development, business process skills and website development – initially flat file html sites, but recently extending to using Content Management Systems like Joomla and WordPress.
