Managed Services – what is it?
Managed Services is a suite of activities an IT support company can provide for you. This is a step up from the break/fix and ad-hoc call-out approach, which many use when starting out in business. The services provided through a regular monthly fee include:

- Centralised and secure documentation of configuration
- Ticketing system for managing requests for support
Our onboarding service goes through a structured questionnaire to capture and centrally document information regarding your IT infrastructure.
This information, from ownership and control of your Domain Name through to your password is required for anyone supporting your IT.
We need it to be done before providing you Managed Services, but also offer it as a one-off service and can be ordered by completing the Contact form.

CYBER ESSENTIALS CERTIFICATION
Cyber Essentials is a simple but effective Government backed scheme that will help you to protect your organisation, whatever its size, against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.
This is the starter level of network security you should begin with, but don’t underestimate its importance to you. It is also increasingly becoming a required when doing work for government and related organisations like the NHS and local councils.
